We’ve added another convenient service to help better serve our members. Now, you can chat with us about your finances through text messaging. No more waiting on hold for answers to questions about your account. Text us your question and we’ll respond by text during regular business hours!

With this new service, you can ask questions about deposit transactions, request a copy of your statement to be sent via mail, secure email, or fax, check your account balance, and so much more!* Text questions during regular business hours to our main office phone number, 1-317-352-0455, and we will respond as soon as possible.  Messages received outside of our regular business hours will be replied to the next business day.

 

FAQs

Q: What if I no longer wish to receive texts from Harvester Financial?

A:  Opting out of our new text service is easy and can be done at any time. Text “STOP” to 1-317-352-0455. After sending the message “STOP” to us, you will receive one last text from Harvester Financial to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us. Any time you'd like to start receiving text messages again, reply "UNSTOP" to 1-317-352-0455 to begin receiving text messages again!

Q:  How much does the new text messaging service cost?

A:  Harvester Financial offers the ability to text the credit union to all members with no fees attached.* However, standard data and message rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

 

*Additional verification may be required. For additional security, we recommend deleting the conversations from your phone upon completion. Certain fees may apply when requesting certain items or services.  Please refer to our fee schedule for details.
