With this new service, you can ask questions about deposit transactions, request a copy of your statement to be sent via mail, secure email, or fax, check your account balance, and so much more!* Text questions during regular business hours to our main office phone number, 1-317-352-0455, and we will respond as soon as possible. Messages received outside of our regular business hours will be replied to the next business day.
Q: What if I no longer wish to receive texts from Harvester Financial?
A: Opting out of our new text service is easy and can be done at any time. Text “STOP” to 1-317-352-0455. After sending the message “STOP” to us, you will receive one last text from Harvester Financial to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us. Any time you'd like to start receiving text messages again, reply "UNSTOP" to 1-317-352-0455 to begin receiving text messages again!

A: Harvester Financial offers the ability to text the credit union to all members with no fees attached.* However, standard data and message rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
