Q: Can I access my accounts any time?
A: Absolutely! Home banking is available 24 hours a day.

Q: Can I change my Login ID to something else?
A: Yes, you can change your Login ID after you login to Online Banking. Go to the "Services" tab and click "Change Login ID". For the Login ID, please use letters and numbers only and the Login ID must not exceed 15 characters in length.

Q: Is the Home Banking site safe?
A: Most definitely! Three levels of security work independently to provide maximum protection, restrict unauthorized account access, and prevent website phishing.

Q: Why is it not accepting my password?
A: Your password is case-sensitive, so make sure that you have the proper case. When registering for Home Banking, please make sure you write down your user name and password and keep it in a safe place.

Q: Why will it not let me log in when I know I have the right password?
A: If you know that you are putting everything in correctly and have attempted incorrectly in the past. It may have locked you out for security. Please contact one of our member service representatives for further assistance.

Q: I do not remember my password. What should I do?
A: Go ahead and click on Forgot Password on the login page for Home Banking. Once you click Forgot Password, go to your email and you should have received a temporary password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your Spam box as well. You will place the temporary password you receive into the password box on the login page. It will then prompt you to change your password to what you would like it to be.

Q: I am having trouble remembering my password and my security questions. What should I do?
A: At this point, you would need to call a member service representative to assist you. Clicking on Forgot Password will only help you if you have just forgotten your password. It will not recover the answers to your security questions.

First time users will need to set up a new account – you will need the following information:

• Harvester account (member) number
• Primary member’s social security number
• Your email address
• Member’s zip code
• Member’s date of birth
• If you are a first time user of Online Home Banking, click on the link below then select the “Click HERE to enroll now” link to set up your new account
• PLEASE read all instructions carefully and review the password requirements below

Password Requirements
Must be at least 8 to 12 characters in length, must contain 1 capital letter, at least 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. Remember that you may change your password at anytime by logging in and clicking the Services tab within Online Banking

• Make sure you have a firewall in place with conducting your financial transactions. Completely logout of Online Home Banking. Don't just close the page and click the "X".
• Monitor your Home Banking account on a frequent basis.
• Safeguard your user name and password information.

• Please make sure you have the most updated version of your web browser.
• If you are asked your security questions several times, try clicking forgot password to reset your password on our Online home banking page.
