Becoming a member is easy! After completing the membership application, the only requirement is $5 in your Regular Savings account. Direct Deposit can be set up from your employer right into your Harvester account. Eligibility for Membership

Anyone who lives or works, in either Shelby, Decatur, Rush, or Marion County (excluding Pike Township) and their family members can become a member of Harvester Financial Credit Union. You must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien.

Patriot Act

In compliance with the U.S Patriot Act Policy, Harvester Financial Credit Union is required to have three pieces of identification for any person wanting to open a new account. In opening the account, the person will be asked for the following information: name, date of birth, street address, and identification number.

Acceptable documents that will be accepted for verification of identity include current/active government-issued identification bearing a photograph, such as a driver's license or passport, social security card, or worker ID. We will also verify identification by calling ChexSystems or running a credit report.
