The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this outbreak is through our online banking services.  If you do not already have our app on your mobile phone, now is a good time to learn more about it at www.harvesterfcu.org/mobile-banking/ or sign up for online access at our website www.havesterfcu.org.  You can also access your account information anytime by calling SIBYL, Harvester's toll free phone teller line, at (800)471-6663 or by calling our Indianapolis branch at (317)352-0455 or our Shelbyville branch at (317)392-0811 to speak with a member services representative directly.

If you need to visit one of our branches, we are currently scheduling limited appointments for services that may need to be conducted in-person and our dedicated staff stands ready to help with any needs.  While our lobbies are now closed, we encourage you to use our drive through windows or ATMs.  We are continuing our efforts to help ensure the health and safety of our members and staff by sanitizing our lobbies and offices regularly, as well as following the public health authorities' social distancing guidelines and recommended best practices to help get Indiana back on track.

It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your password, personal identification number (PIN), or other account information. You can review the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.
